Here is Zack. His full name (for Sundays and high days only) is Isaac David Whitehead Esquire. He was born at 11:34 am on Tuesday 29^th April at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport. Delivered by Caesarean section because he was breach.

Zack gave us a healthy scream and then weighed in at 6 lbs 4 ozs. For those who are real anoraks, Zack had a body length of 45 cm, and a head circumference of 34.5 cm. To the non-anoraks, Zack is quite a teeny-tiny fellow, but he has very strong legs, arms, and neck (we think he will be a footballer, wrestler or a weightlifter – or perhaps he will be a weightlifting wrestling footballer).

Mum and baby are doing fine. He is feeding really well, and we are all "over the moon".
